| Shipping and Processing Charges
Handling Charge: A handling fee of $4.95 is charged for each order. This charge is designated to compensate processing your order and packaging and shipping your purchases, as well as related overhead costs associated with these services.
Shipping Charge: Shipping is charged at 10% of the order value. These charges are valid for orders shipped within the continental USA. These charges are in addition to the handling charge and do not include any oversize or truck delivery surcharges that may be required for certain items.
Delivery Surcharge: Because furniture and various other items are bulky, heavy or have to ship by truck line our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge; this charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the shipping method and is in addition to regular shipping and handling charges, which are listed above.
Shipping Services
Ground & Oversize Delivery: Ground delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service with Federal Express or UPS. Depending on stock and manufacturing, items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together.
Truck Delivery: Many large and heavy items are delivered by Truck Delivery service, as indicated in the item description. These items will be shipped by a motor freight carrier to the driveway of your home. You are responsible for moving the items from the truck to your home. If you need in-home delivery it is usually available for an additional charge. Please call our customer service department at 866-653-7639 if this is a service you require. Truck Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday. A delivery agent will call from the shipping company to schedule your delivery.
Delivery Times: Accent Architectural, provides services under which options, order terms, and delivery times vary with each manufacturer. Estimated shipping times are listed on each product in our site, and are also given when your order is confirmed. Please remember that the delivery time frames are "estimated" and that although we make every attempt to provide you the most accurate shipment dates; these dates are subject to change.
